The so-called “Turnkey” version involves using reusable sets from one Home Movie Factory to another. While initially more expensive due to the upfront investment, the cost of setting up future Factories is significantly reduced, making it possible to bring the project to smaller cities compared to the “Classic” version.

Due to the substantial initial funding required, this version is particularly well-suited for touring. Once the sets are built (this typically takes 2 to 3 months if not already completed), each installation can be done in just 15 days. This allows, for example, for four different cities per year (1 month for setup/dismantling, and 2 months of operation).

As with the classic version, occasional privatization of the venue can be considered to help fund the project.

Group size can range from 7 to 20 participants. It is possible to schedule group departures as frequently as every hour (or every 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the constraints of each location).
